There still is no update in the app store, this is taking unusually long... a good test of our patience I suppose... I’m looking forward to be able to use the app again in a normal way.
Any idea what is keeping the update from being processed?

Daniel,
I certainly agree with being able to use the app normal again! With the advent of L8 the iOS app is incredibly sluggish in many aspects. Highlighting has became a CHORE! Productivity is at an all time low using this app. I apologize for the negative report but it desperately needs attention!

Search the forum for "testflight" and install the beta while you wait. It runs much better on the beta with much less blank pages though the locked scrolling is still an issue.

I am actually using the beta and sadly it leaves much to be desired particularly in the realm of selecting text and highlighting! It remains very sluggish and is a productivity killer!

The iOS team is pleased to announce the 8.0.3.0174 Stable release of the Verbum, Faithlife Study Bible, Faithlife Ebooks and Biblia apps.
Here's a little mistake. The version number should actually be like in the title (8.0.5.0187).
Is it intentional that the Faithlife Study Bible (8.0.5; 17 Nov 2018) will be available sooner like Logos Bible Study Tools (8.0.3)?0
