Mobile problem

All,

Can't download books for off line use with ipad.

I have deleted the app and reibnstalled many times.

I start the app, and then books will not work, or will not load.

Crashes, stalls, Blank screens

From what I have read from others, and my own experience this app in its present form is unusable on the ipad. I am on a 2017 ipad pro running the latest software. Is there an update planned, and if so could Faithlife give some indication of when it may be available?

Strange.

I have had a lot of problems with tHe app crashing / freezing but it seems better now. I’ve just tried downloading a book and it worked fine

Will download again.

I downloaded the latest app from the app store a few days ago.

So either Faithlife or Apple might of done a minor fix.

Depending on the number of books you have downloaded, they will have to re-download as well as all the notes you have, reading plans, etc. It may take some time, or even considerable time, before you are able to use the app.

If it crashes see if you can reopen it and it should start off where it left off.

I only have basics on the ipad. English. Greek, Hebrew with a couple of lexicons and a English Bible Dictionary. I download other material as needed.
