Community Notes
I don't always look at community notes, however, I have noticed since my upgrade to L8, I no longer have the option to. I will see an icon in my text that says "See Community Notes", then when I click on it I get no feed, even though it shows that there are posts. Do I need to sign in somewhere else to get these posts? See Screenshot for example.

My guess is that one of the other Bibles you have open have "Community Highlights" disabled in the Visual Filter menu.
Try checking that and enabling it and see if it clear things up.
I don't think that having the setting disabled in other Bibles should cause what you are seeing but I think it is!

I went into all of my Bibles, the ESV did have "Community Notes" unchecked. After checking it, I am still having the same problem.

How about any non-Bibles that are open?!
The reason I am suggesting this is that when I have a resource open with Community Notes disabled and click on that resource to select it - then the Community Notes panel displays similar information to what you show in your screenshot.
However, when I go back to a resource with Community Notes enabled and click one, the panel shows the expected information.
So what I am seeing doesn't totally match your experience but I thought it worth checking.
Other than that I'm afraid I don't know.

Do you know if there is a way to check this option for all my resources? Otherwise, this could be a really lengthy process (I currently have 1,027 resources). I may have to see if there is a specific setting that will choose this option for all of my resources.

You can't enable it for all resources in one go - and I'm only suggesting you check open resources. And as above I'm not at all sure that my idea is going to help!

I went into the Program Settings & actually reset it the default settings and still I am unable to see the community notes. See additional screenshot.
These settings apply to community ratings and tags - which appear on resources - and don't affect the use of Community Notes.

Gotcha, well, for some reason, nothing seems to work. Maybe someone from FL might be able to help out later. Thank you Graham, I appreciate your help.
