Hi Bruce,
Did you drag the Logos application from the DMG folder to the Applications folder? Or did you double-click it?
If you didn't drag to the Applications folder, please do that instead of double-clicking it. Then be sure you open it from the Applications folder.
Otherwise, we'll need to see your logs as Graham indicated.
I've not heard anything back from you guys. Still having the same problem. Removed the old program and reinstalled it from your website. Moved it as always to the applications folder and even tried to open it from applications folder. Opens, tries to load and then immediately goes away. Apple sees it as a crash because they ask me to ignore it, report it or try an open it again. I opens on my phone, my pad, and my home computer but not on this mac mini.
Bruce, I am sorry you haven't heard anything back.
Have you tried opening to a blank layout?
Click on the Logos icon and then immediately hold down on the CMD key. You should get a screen where you can sign in or work offline. Click "sign in" and see if Logos will open to a blank layout.
If it does, it means that the layout you last used was corrupted and you'll have to rebuild it.
Opens, tries to load and then immediately goes away.
Welcome [:D]

I believe I am having the same problem. I cannot get the application to open on my Macbook Pro (2017). The application will not load. It begins to open and then immediately closes. I am opening from the applications folder and not the dmg folder. Thanks for any help you can give!
Crash symptom sounds similar. Humanly need to look at diagnostic log files to see if the crash cause is the same => https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015776171-Report-a-Problem-in-Logos-Mac
FYI: humanly have experienced many ways to crash a variety of Logos releases.
