Where Did All These Locked Notes Come From

I just clicked on a note icon beside a passage and it opened the note, that's OK.

But in looking at what I call the side-bar which lists other notes, there must be 50-100 notes with PBB-followed by many numbers. They all have the padlock icon and when I click on one of them I am told I do not have a license to view this resource.

I've not figured notes out as yet, but this is a real bump in the road.

I'm guessing PBB stands for Personal Book Builder, if so, where did that come from?

OK, now I discover I have 95 notes, mostly on Philippians by a person named Elizabeth Parker. Don't know her and can't begin to imagine why her notes are in my note file.

Does anyone have an idea? I thought perhaps something from Faithlife.com Groups, but I searched that and didn't find anything. To my knowledge, I have not subscribed to anything about notes.

The further I go the more confused I am. NOW when I click on one of the Locked Notes I see the icon of Phil Gons, so I have a long list of notes that must belong to Phil, but how did I get them into my note file? They are of no value since there is no note in them only some kind of link beginning with PBB. I can't delete them.

Sounds like you may have (some time in the misty past) chosen to download a shared note document (shared to a group via documents.logos.com). All the contained notes now appear as discreet items which might make it seem(?) like a sudden influx. If they are notes you're sure you don't want, the appropriate filters (i.e. Author) until only those notes are listed that you want to get rid of, then bulk select and delete! To bulk select, select the first note, then scroll down and shift-click a different note (you'll have the least frustrations if you keep your selections to ≤50 notes at a time).

    Thanks, Reuben,

How do I get rid of Phil's notes, they won't let me delete them. I can't imagine how I got them. They are not really notes, just links to PBB files.

That's odd. Are you in the Notes Tool for sure (not in the public tab of the Docs panel)? Could you post screenshots?

Are all of these notes in the same notebook? This may provide a clue as to where these came from. Also, look for a shared notebook on https://documents.logos.com/ as in my screenshot. Any hits?

So that's were the went. I thought it was a separate set of notes not blended in my notes. When I was working on my lesson a whole lots of notes showed up for a lesson I hadn't started. Thanks for the info...
