THE PASSION TRANSLATION
THE NEW TESTAMENT WITH PSALMS, PROVERBS, AND SONG OF SONGS
Psalms, Proverbs and Song of Songs are missing here in the LOGOS version. Can this please be corrected. Thank you.
The product page is only for the New Testament https://www.logos.com/product/145475/the-passion-translation-new-testament I believe that the addition of Psalms, Proverbs & Song of Songs occurs only in some 2nd editions which would be a separate purchase.
Thank you MJ. Smith
Someone said that Psalms, Proverbs, Song of Songs was in Pre-pub, But I have searched and cannot find it.
The title page of the book says, "The Passion Translation New Testament with with Psalms, Proverbs, and Song of Songs." The disconnect appears to be between the first thirteen words of the Logos volume, and what it actually contains. The Logos citation for the book includes:
{Simmons_2017,title={The Passion Translation: New Testament},booktitle={The Passion Translation: The New Testament with Psalms, Proverbs and Song of Songs},
That would explain it Joshua Ellis
The Second Edition of the New Testament, which was published in 2018 includes Psalms, Proverbs, and Song of Songs. LOGOS needs to update this ASAP to include them.

I'd love to see Psalms/Proverbs/Song of Songs, though it would be gravy... I bought it for the New Testament, and was surprised by the listing of them on the title page. Anything extra feels like, well, extra.
It’s also in the preface. The volume you have paid for is suppose to have those books in it. Why FL decided to not include them is a mystery since it is obvious from all front mater that they are suppose to be there.

This was a resource metadata error on our part. We never intended to release those three books at this time but rather wait to include them with the Old Testament.
I have updated the metadata.
Thank you Kyle G. Anderson [:D]
So why holding of with the good stuff, until who knows when the Old Testament is completed in TPT version. Please include at least Psalms and Proverbs in LOGOS, like every other Bible App/Program does. If I could implement other Bible software into Proclaim, I would drop Logos right away. Sorry

Generally it is a matter of licensing with a bit of marketing input.
