Two separate groups of new resources were downloaded and indexed (Auto Download = NO), but Library did not update to show them, and the resource count (All) was unchanged.

The downloaded resources were datasets, which do not show up in the library.
I'm talking about LLS:CNMSSCJDCHR+LLS:DSTRPSPYRLJWLT+LLS:THEMESSIAH+ etc. ---> 7 monthly CONNECT resources @19:40; which were downloaded and indexed together. I had to change the library display to get them to show.
Then LLS:TRNSWRD87REV @ 21:16 and LLS:DICTPHRFABLBREWER @ 21:24----> my free resources for the month; where I waited for the notification of the second before downloading both and indexing. These two are in the Indexer log. I had to change the library display to get them to show.

I don't have an explanation for the behavior you were seeing.
Might be worth mentioning that Library is part of my layout and it is sorted by Last Updated.
Plus there was no problem downloading and displaying all those resources just now, in 8.0 SR-2 (same configuration of Library).

I'm not able to reproduce this. Is it possible the library catalog was still building?
No. It continued long after that warning had gone.
Are you saying the resource count is now correct and they show up? Is the issue that they don't show up at all or they are taking too long to show up?
It happened just now for 41 new resources
All the panel warnings went away - Library and Search, but Library had not updated. So I forced a refresh of Library i.e. typed myrating:0; which showed the new resources, then cleared the filter to get a complete listing with updated count.
