i know it’s not even 7am on December 1st and Faithlife isn’t even open yet. But I was wondering what day of the month that coupons come out and how long is customary to wait before asking customer service about it.
anyone have experience in this?
Within 2 or 3 days. Contact customer service if more than a week goes by.

I'm sure I had received the code by now last year. I wonder whether being a weekend makes a difference.
On three different occasions when I got mine, one was on the first of the month, the second I got it like a week later and then the third one came within a week. Possibly one time in the middle of the month.
