Bug: WIndow opens off screen.

Hi,

Running Logos 8.1.0.0007 on WIndows 10 (latest update).

When I cllick on the gear wheel over the explore section of the front page the top half of the pop-up vanishes under the title of the window. This only happens when view is maximised, if I make it smaller it does not happen.
