Home Page: Is (rounded) corner consistency important?
Explore cards use a mix of (rounded and/or square) corner types. For example, if you look at the rightmost column:
- A "text" card rounds all four corners.
- A "video" card squares all four corners.
- A "hybrid" card (text with image header) squares the top/image corners, and rounds the bottom/text corners.
One might think that images have square corners as to not clip any part of the image. Yet the Verse of the Day card (at the top left) unexpectedly has rounded corners.
I understand that material design and user interface guidelines change from (major) version to version, and that FL has given Logos 8 its own unique appearance. I do like the new look of the Logos 8 Home page.
I guess I'm just puzzled why the Explore cards vary a card's corner style. Is this an intentional design centered around the "type" of card?

Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

If it's intentional, it strikes me as an odd design choice. It wouldn't be on the top of my list of things to fix, though.

It should be a quick fix - and this type of sloppiness is often taken to mean "expect sloppy software". (Yes, I do ...[;)])

Fixing a few areas that have been pointed out should indeed be quick. However, there's a lot more (especially when program scaling isn't at 100%) and it would take quite a bit to provide "polish" throughout.
