Rating Resources Using Information Panel

Hi Graham,
It is still in the information pane in the library or in the information panel for a particular resource. It is very light and easy to miss. See below:

Thought in 7 it was also in viewable and editable from the resource information panel.

I am able to view and rate books from the Library Resource Information Panel...I am on macOS 10.14.1, Logos 8.1 RC 1.

Got it now, needed to look at a resource that I had rated to figure where it was definitely hard to find on a resource that has not been rated.
