Newly purchased resource not showing in ios App

I bought a bundle of resources yesterday,

I've restarted my ipad and checked that my Logos app is fully updated.

One of the resources is available (ICC) but another, the one I really want to use on my ipad is not:

A Theological Dictionary of the Old Testament. In fact, searching for this in the store from within the app does not even find it.

It's on my PC and works fine. Any idea what I should do?

I always use TDOT on my iPad to find this resource.

I think that there is a way to designate the devices you would like a resource to download to from the desktop library.

Kenneth, thank you brother, yes I also tried TDOT.

It's worth noting that I have had TDNT working for some time with no issues.

Martin, thank you as well; I'm not sure I understand why we would need to designate which device we want it on. Usually I can search my library on the ipad and determine if I wish to access the resource "live" i.e. the app downloads whatever pages I'm looking at, or if I wish to download the whole resource to the device.

It looks as though there is a problem specifically with the iPad apps not seeing this resource.

I can see it in the mobile app on my Android phone and on my iPhone but not my iPad

I think that there is a way to designate the devices you would like a resource to download to from the desktop library.

True - but this determines whether the resource is actually downloaded to a device, so that it can be accessed on that device when offline.

It doesn't affect what resources are available when online

I opened it up on my Iphone and it works well.

On my Ipad, I see it n the library, but when I try to open it, it crashes the app.

I didn't see it but after entering the command "rebuild index" on the homepage I can now see it in the library

but when I try to open it, it crashes the app.

Are you guys running the 8.0.7 beta? I think there is an issue related to this resource in that beta. Should be fixed in the next beta if that is the case.

And I've just checked in the Verbum app on my iPad (running stable 8.0.6) and this resource works fine there.

Jeremiah, to clarify, you cannot see the resource TDOT in your library, correct?

Could you try entering "rebuild index" in the command bar on the home page and give that a few minutes before checking the library again?

Thanks Todd, that fixed it for me.

So to clarify, I typed "rebuild index" in the "enter passage or search" bar on the homescreen in the app (I didn't realize we had a command line area in the app before).

Then I searched for TDOT, it showed up.

I downloaded it to my ipad.

Then I opened it.
