ESV Audio

Decided to listen to Hebrews ESV (CTRL R) audio (David C Heath). At the beginning of each chapter, it reverts back to system voice.  I have to stop (CTRL R) it and restart it (CTRL R).  Usually, defaults back to "David"  sometimes not.  I have to page ahead a chapter and return back to the chapter that is next to listen to.  

I tried it again in a different book and the same thing happened.  It's almost as if there is too much time after one chapter and the beginning of the other and the computer voice takes over.

Any ideas?  Settings?
