Exporting Media at higher resolution

The media export feature really needs to be updated for higher resolutions! Exporting to keynote directly is a nice feature, but the largest resolution in logos is only about half the size of a keynote slide. If I make the exported image the full size of the slide, it’s super blurry. So either it’s too small, or too fuzzy to use.

Just a suggestion! Right now it’s not really usable for me.

  • Is the setting on the left side maxed out to 1920 x 1080? Are you looking for a higher resolution like 1440 or 4K?

Yes it is maxed out. I’m not looking for anything fancy, just an image that will fit a full 4:3 slide on Keynote on my 2015 MacBook Pro.

I have access to Proclaim, and if I save as images from there and then import into keynote that seems to work better. But that’s a lot of steps that I don’t really feel like doing.

Will a screen capture sent to KeyNote do anything for you? (Shift - Cmd - 4) save to desktop and then import to Keynote. I am not on my mac right now. Will screen capture allow you to send directly to that app?
