I have posted several times, and sent a message to customer support re iPad problem about downloading resources and working off line.  I was able to work off line on the iPad with logos 7.   I upgraded believing that this functionality with the iPad off line would continue. While I do appreciate your company working on this issue, I would like a time frame of a fix.  I am a heavy iPad user and it is frustrating when no one replies to emails or there is no estimated fix time.  I also realise that a fix may be held up owing to apple procesing an update.

Problem.  downloading resources and working off line

have deleted and reinstalled several times.

result blank pages, incomplete downloads or resources showing

    A couple of questions. How much memory do you have available on your iPad? Are you getting any resources to download at all? Have you tried downloading them individually? Have you tried using the FaithLife EBooks App?

    I too use my iPad pretty heavily (iPad Air 2 using Logos 8) and I have not had any problems at all. 

    Final question: Are you trying to download via wifi or using data? This might make a difference.

    How many downloaded resources did you have prior to this problem? Was it in the 10’s, 100’s or 1,000’s?

    Thanks for these questions guys,

    I have 80GB free.  Only tried downloading 3 resources.  I only usually have Greek Hebrew and English texts +a lexicon or two and the Anchor Bible Dictionary.  Just downloaded 3 items to check with.  I download other items as needed, but they don't usually stay long term on the ipad. Apple software and other software works fine.  There may be an update that we have not got yet in Australia, sometimes we get things a bit later.  Just would appreciate even a human response from Faithlife.

    I can understand your frustration. However, the forums aren't a primary means of communication with FL. Your best bet is to call.

    Have you tried going to Faithlife.com & sending a message through Faithlife Assistant on Faithlife.com (located in the messages link in the upper left hand corner menu)? This may be get you in direct contact with someone that might be able to help. I don't know if it works both ways, but FL has messaged me through this method when I have posted to the forums in the past.
