No Notes on ios
Not sure why Notes on my mobile are no longer showing up. I have Logos 7 and have over 5k notes, but for some reason none of them are showing up on my ios device since the latest Logos software update for the app. In the past, I make a note for a reference on my macbook and it shows up in that reference on my iphone. Not anymore. I can access my notebooks through the phone, but none of the labels show up on the references like they used to.

Can you check if the resources are downloaded to the phone?
I believe there is currently an issue where notes "by reference" are not displayed unless the resources are actually downloaded

Thanks, Graham. Funny thing is, all works fine on my iPhone X, but no notes on iPad Mini 4 with same resources downloaded. Hoping support folks can get this worked out.

Strange.
Would you be willing to start a new thread in this forum so we can discuss it separately?
With you having Logos 8, there are some different considerations to Jason who is running Logos 7 and it would be good to address them separately

I deleted the app yesterday because none of them were showing up and then reinstalled and re-downloaded resources. Still nothing.

Please post screenshots (using the paperclip icon) showing:
- A Notes document with some notes you expect to show up in a resource
- That resource where you expect the notes to show up
- The "view settings" for the resource including what it shows regarding access to Notes

Can you double-check that the Bible you show in your screenshot is one you have actually downloaded to your device?
In the "Book info" display does the button in the middle say "Download" or "Remove"?
Sorry if this is something you have gone over before but I just wanted to be certain

GRAHAM!!!!! That solved my problem! I realized the NIV was not downloaded, and the minute I downloaded it the notes showed up by the references. You are the man! Thanks so much. Sorry for being an idiot! HA HA!
