Is there a way to sort clippings?
Can clippings be sorted by resource and or the page in the resource they appear on?

Sorry, you can only rearrange clippings by dragging them. However, see this post for a possible workaround: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/127918.aspx

Do you know of a way to assign a tag to more than one clipping at the same time?
Also I've noticed that sometimes a tag is automatically added. Do you know where that comes from?

That is not possible.

Automatic tagging comes from the source of your clipping; whether a headword or scripture reference.
