Turning off Expository Sermon notes in other Bibles/Commentaries -- Help!

Thankful for Logos and love the new Logos 8. I've begun to explore the Expository Sermon Preparation Guide and have really liked it, but have run into a little annoying deal that I'm sure I've just missed a switch somewhere. As I'm working through the guide, I notice in my commentaries and Bibles, all those little notes appear in each commentary I open from the Expository Sermon guide. I've attached a screenshot in case I'm not explaining it well. I know I can turn it off book-by-book, but is there a way to not have these notes display system-wide?

Thanks for your help! The Logos forums have been so helpful over the years of using Logos!

Are you saying you only see these if you open the commentary from the Expository Sermon Preparation Workflow (I assume you mean Workflow as opposed to Guide)? I would have expected them to appear if you simply opened the commentary as a standalone resource

The icons indicate that you have a number of notes associated with that particular verse. Are you able to identify where these notes are? Are they in a particular notebook for example?

Sorry for the poor explanation -- now that I've started the Expository Sermon Workflow, no matter what Bible or commentary I open I see those yellow notes. They appear regardless if it's been opened from the Workflow or from the library independently.

It would be reasonable for me to see one note that would link back to the workflow or something, but to have so many notes pertaining to each particular question of the workflow gets a little much. I see them in the Notes section, in the Workflow.

Do I just change it to have no icon? If so, is there a way to make this the default for new workflows?

    I whole-heartedly concur!

Like Mark, I know I can turn off the visual filter for each commentary, but each week's sermon generates a new set of icons to be unchecked from each commentary.

    Sorry - I understand now

The issue is that whenever you enter some information into the Workflow it adds a note into the Notes Tool. So the more you add, the more show up associated with the verse / passage you are studying.

It isn't possible to set the default at the moment.

This has been suggested at https://community.logos.com/forums/p/174512/1008329.aspx#1008329 - but I don't know if / when this will be implemented.

Yes, thank you, Graham! I do hope it gets resolved, it's not unusable, just a little annoying.
