My notes are not syncing from my ipad to my imac

I have already tried the available instructions given on the forum. I have closed out and re-entered the app on both devices and have restarted both devices. However, my notes continue to not sync. I am currently using Logos Silver, my ipad is a 6gen, and my imac is running macOS Mojave 10.14.2. Any ideas?

Noticed this thread is in Logos 6 forum so curious about Logos version ? Silver describes a library purchase, which is usable in many application versions.

What is the software version of Logos 8 on macOS 10.14.2 ? Logos menu has "About Logos Bible Software"

Curious if diagnostic log files have any network errors (could be helpful for investigating sync errors). Support article => https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015776171 includes Logos Logging Utility. Suggest doing:

Download Logos Logging Utility
Close (Quit) Logos 8
Enable Logging (using Logos Logging Utility)
Open Logos 8
Open Tools => Notes
Verify Notes have not synced
Create zip file using Logos Logging Utility
Reply to this thread, which includes using paper clip to attach zip file

Hi Josh,

Try forcing a sync on your mobile device by going into this menu:

And selecting "Sync Your Data"

This should, if nothing else, sync your notes and highlights across mobile devices and sync your desktop data to your mobile devices and on the webapp. Check app.logos.com to see if it is synced.

However, this may not sync your data from your mobile devices to your desktop. This is currently the problem I am experiencing. It seems like a lot of others are having similar issues with sync.
