Expansion Packs for Logos 7

I am really new to logos software, my first purchase was logos 8 last month. 

I see that there are "Expansion packs" for logos 7, specifically I am looking at this...

Does this mean I can only use it with logos 7?

Please forgive me if this is a crazy question.

    The library expansion packs are just that, expansions to the library. They are collections of books related to different topics. They can be used with Logos 8.

    Thank you for your response, that makes sense. I guess seeing logos 7 is what threw me off

    The library expansions, like the base packages, are redone every version. Perhaps in a month or two, we'll get L8 library expansions (and the L7 library expansions will no longer be available). Some of the books will remain the same, others will have been replaced by different books.

    Now is actually a good time to get the L7 library expansions as they are (were?) 50% off for L8 customers. The L8 library expansions, if past discounts hold true, might be 15% off for L8 customers when they first come out.

    Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!
