BUG: Link opens new tab unnecessarily

Occasionally,  (maybe 25% of the time, but I haven't counted) touching with a finger or clicking with a stylus on a link will open a new copy of the Bible instead of the already changing the reference of the already open Bible tab.  This is distinct from the old bug where if the Target tab had never received focus since program start up it wouldn't be targeted.  This can happen at any time.  I've not seen it happen when using the mouse.  Often it also causes Logos to ignore touch and stylus events (except for next/previous page! which continues to work) for a minute or two, then they start working again.  This started with Logos 8.0 and is getting to be very annoying.  This is on an up-to-date Surface Book 2.

Could you verify that this happens even when the currently open Bible is NOT filtered via inline search or a passage list? This condition will cause a new tab to be open so as not to destroy your current filter... Sorry, I don't have a nonmobile touch device so I can't speak for your issue exactly, I just wanted to throw this out FWIW.

No filtering or inline search.  Doesn't matter if target is o on or off.

Very similar to what I demo'd in a video here, except I'm on Mac OS, clicking with a traditional mouse, not a stylus.
