Android App missing desktop visual filters.

Since my upgrade to version 8, I am no longer seeing Visual Filters in the mobile app. Here's a screen shot of the visual filters from my desktop.
These word bubble used to show up in the Android app, but are no longer displayed since the upgrade to 8.
Anyone have any help?

Visual Filters have never worked on the mobile devices so I’m unsure what you saw previously
