When I type "import bibleworks notes" into the bar, it shows up as a tool in the dropdown. But when I type that in followed by the path (since my notes are not in the usual place), it searches Logos for the whole string.

Also, this is my path, obviously the brackets aren't there when I insert that. Does it look correct?

/Users/[myname]/Dropbox/My BW files/UpdatedBWnotes

Suggestions?

OK, it now it's imported them multiple times. There needs to be some kind of "this command is executing/ has successfully executed" notification.

I agree. I haven't used Bibleworks since the last time I reviewed it for whoever. I have all my notes from when I used it primarily stored in a folder on my Mac. For the first time I tried to use it and it seems to be doing nothing. I get no response from Logos saying anything. Since I don't have BW installed right now my folder isn't in the default spot.

    Hi Ben,

I'm sorry you were having trouble with importing your BibleWorks notes. Just in case it is not clear the command is Import BibleWorks Notes from [path] and include the location where the file is located. Depending on how large your note folder it can take some time and you only need to do it once. It goes into a Notebook titled Imported Notes. This is detailed in the Help File under the How-to section called How to import BibleWorks notes.

    I hope this helps,

    Philana
