It would be neat if there were a way to give a footnote in the sermon editor, which would not clutter the manuscript, but would allow me to go back later and see where an idea came from. For example, in the sermon I am writing now, I am quoting Thabiti Anyabwile from Exalting Jesus in Luke. In my sermon, I am going to refer to it without giving the title of the book in the text. It would be nice if I could tie that to the full citation so that, if I return to this sermon later, I will know what book it came from.
If I were quoting a journal article, the situation would be similar. I would not say in a sermon, "In the BibSac 1982 Winter Issue on page 112, ____." But I might want that information tied to the sermon for my own reference.
If we could do hyperlinks in the Sermon Editor, that would at least work for resources within Logos.
