I recently purchased a book and it does not show up in my resources for one computer. On another computer, it does. What can I do?
If the command update now doesn't work, try update resources. If neither work, please provide more information, including os & app version numbers, along with logs. See my signature line.
Oh... Also check the "use internet" and "automatically download update" settings. Let us know what those are.
OK ... yes .. I did have autodownload check yes, however, I had it set to download only between midnight and 5 am. So .. that was the problem. You got me to the right place. Thanks.

Glad to help. My solution: Set "auto download" to NO and use the commands at your convenience.
