Updating to L8 -Can't access the new resources
Hello!
Have just update to L8. Have just update to L8. New features seems to be great, but so far, I can't use the new resources. I did notice that this time had to download an installer. Before, just had to start over the app to have the actualization be done and the new books to be downloaded.
Any help please?

Are you sure that the download and indexing have completed?

No, as I mentioned before, an installer was downloaded, and, supposedly the update process was completed successfully. I came to know, practicing with a new feature, that the new resources wasn't there.
So, this time there weren't resources downloaded, nor indexing as in previous updates. But, I thought there were going to be available online.
BTW, the system is unusually slow.
Thank you for your time!

Go to https://app.logos.com/ and see if the resources are there. If so, try "Update Now" in the command bar of the desktop program and see if there is anything else to download.
If they don't show up in the web app, then I'd guess something went wrong with adding the resources to your account upon purchase. I don't see that as likely, though.

I don't know about your situation, but if items are not indexed the application acts as if they aren't there. That's why I asked the question before offering advice. Note your comment that the system is slow would also have led me to ask if the indexing was complete. However, the update now or update resources would be my suggestion - one you've already gotten.
