Exegitical Guide Question.
Hi All,
When i run a Exegetical Guide on any passage i have noticed that a lot of my Exegetical Dictionaries do not appear. Is this something that has been reported or am i missing something?
Secondly, i noticed that on the Exegetical Guide report ran by Robert Pavich on John1:1-5, he had a lot of materials on the Apparatus which are missing from mine. Is this b/cos some are using the DVD version as opposed to the download option? On mine E guide only the Novum Testamentum Graece: Apparatus Criticus & the Novum Testamentum Graece: Prolegomena appears.
Can some one confirm this please? Thanks, Ted

Ted,
could this be related to the priortizing of my favorite resources?
The list you are referring to is the order of my preferred bibles.
I actually DON'T HAVE the apparatus' that you have on your system; could that be why it's showing only regular bibles and not real apparatus'?

Thanks for the response. This may seem out of place but how do you prioritise favourite resource or preferred bible? I have not been able to get my head round that. In addition, a lot of my theological Dictionaries do not appear in the passage guide, is normal at this Beta stage? See V3 below, much appreciated again.

ted,
no prob.
Open my library (CTRL + L) and find a resource like ESV or whatever. Right click it and choose "prioritize this resource" and it will go to the top of the resource list; so when it appears in menus and reports and things, it's at the top.
Essentially you are telling V4 what order you want to see things.
Like:
ESV
NASB
NA27
WBC
Pulpit Commentary
BDAG
Louw Nida
And each of those things will be in that order in their own respective place in reports.

Robert, I am not sure what Ted meant by owing you one. When you say that in our country, it means you have your next Pilsner beer on my account... It might be the same in Britain [H]

Ted,
Well, If I cannot have the SESB then I'll certainly take the Pilsner when I'm in your neighborhood! [B]
