Bug: Tile View Does Not Work in Collections

I'm assuming this is a bug because it does it on both my laptop and Desktop. Maybe someone can confirm or correct me. 

Steps to replicate:

1) Open a Collection using the Collections tool.

2) Select "Tile" view. 

The resources in the collection do not populate in the window. It works as expected in Cover and Details views.
