It was so much better in Logos 7

I agree. The Notebook title (equivalent to Note file/document in L7) should be displayed. But you want tab titles for Notes within a Notebook, or for any instance of the Notes tool that you open? See this post for what is planned.

Naming the Tab of the note at the TOP is one of my main concerns, as well as bringing back the Citation Hyperlinks.

I am a little confused as to what specifically you are talking about.

Yes, every new note that I open as well. I want to be able to name the Note title for easy Identification.

We should be able to name it something unique - besides the Name of the Note File, because the name of the Note files can be quite long.

It would be useful to give the Note a short name in the TAB above and let the note file name be longer.

In Logos 7, your Note file can be opened from the Documents menu, and its name appeared on the tab. Faithlife has plans to reintroduce this in L8, using the Notebook name (remember that your L7 Note files were transferred as Notebooks with the same name).

Faithlife will restore most of the functionality missing from L7 Notes, so it is unlikely to name tabs based on individual Note titles.

As long as we can Identify the NOTES at the top, I am fine with it.

Don't need to name it different than the Note File Name, as long as I can see what it is - that will make a HUUUUUUGE difference.
