I stole this from the 8.3 beta release notes. Life would have been so much easier in 2009, but there was always Libby.

  • Cloud Resources
    • Added the ability to download and remove resources on demand. Resources remain listed in the Library when not downloaded, and can be opened in preview mode.
    • Added the ability to search Cloud Resources to Everything Search when online.

    Yup!  That caught my eye.  I am waiting till it trickles down to Verbum.  I want to install it alongside Logos on a laptop without downloading GaZigaBytes of duplicate resources.  Just the ones I want

    Looks like it's a 'feature'. If so, we'll see if anything is worth it in Jan 2021 (planning ahead!). Logos is trying so hard to catch up with Libby.
