Problem with $10 off $50 coupon
My Logos home page includes an add for $10 off a purchase of $50 or more. However, when I click on the link, it just takes me to the Logos Sale page, but doesn't give me a coupon code.
This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!

Also the code problem has been fixed, it is on the Logos8 desktop under EXPLORE.

I had to refresh the homepage to see the code, but it's now working. Thanks. I never got an email.

Any idea of expiration date on this? I saw it on my Logos homepage but haven't seen any emails about it.

You might try emailing Sales and asking for a special discount (just for you) on something that "never seems to go on sale" that is in your "wish list".
On a 80 dollar item, they lowered it 20 dollars (25% off) and then I used the 10 off cupón on top of that.

It's been on sale in the distant past. Maybe Brill will surprise us one month.

Yeah, I'm not sure if it's a bug (FAITHLIFE??) or not, but these coupons work based off of the initial price and not the final price. So, if a resource was $50 but is on sale for less it will still work.

I didn't receive the email either or would have used the coupon on the "Unfiltered" bundle I purchased on the 29th. I'm going to call customer service and see about getting the coupon amount credited back on that purchase.

The coupon appeared on my homepage the day after I bought the Unfiltered bundle...so I missed out on the discount.
