any advantage to owning the feature set

As a connect subscriber (rolled over from Logos Now) is there any advantage to me buying the full 8 feature set? It's only £36 which is tempting but I'm also thinking I will gain nothing? I'd be grateful for collective wisdom... Thanks

I was sitting in the same place (it was around $25 or 30 for me after I had bought the Heiser bundle, IIRC). I bought it with the thought "just in case I'll ever lose my subscription". And in fact: There was no advantage, meaning no single resource or dataset downloaded for the Full Feature Set. Maybe that's money thrown out of the window - probably landing on a large heap anyways - on the other hand I don't need to worry in case my subscription really runs out one day.

Thanks NB.Mick - I am in the same boat. Weighing if I should buy the Heiser bundle, but the IVP Dictionaries are the only "New to You" resource that I would like besides the datasets and Media Collections. But if I already have access to all of this through "Connect/no resource". Your response just saved me $190.

One advantage would be that after 4 months, if you're on the cheapest plan, or 1 1/2 months, if you're on the most expensive plan you're saving money every month by simply owning the features.

(Assuming you don't get that much value out of whatever else FL Connect offers--none of which looks very good to me.)

You could take that saved money, say $9 every month, and put it into the book cash (or just keep it for yourself).
