MS Word insert

I thought Christmas had arrived. I just got my new computer running Logos 8.

My old favourite feature in MS Word where I could type in a reference and right click to "Additional Actions", and insert the reference.

BUT, BUT, BUT after about my 5th reference it quit. Crying

On no, what could the matter be? Please help.
