Will somebody please explain the difference between these two Hebrew Bibles? Why is one a .logos4 extension and the other is a .lbxlls extension? Which is better? Thanks!

They are two editions of the SESB BHS. The difference is not only the file extension, basically the one with the .lbxlls file has been deprecated - it will sometimes show weird errors and those will no longer be fixed by Logos. Even the community tag in the library should show "deprecated" and many users simply hide it to not become confused between the two.

The one on the left is the latest version of the BHS produced by Faithlife and has the associated textual apparatus (which is a separate resource (look for BHSCAPP.logos4)).

Some time back FL staff recommended hiding BHSSESB2.lbxlls as it had been superseded by a file called BHSSESB.lbxlls. I believe that file was replaced by BHSSESB.logos4 which you (and I) have. Sorry I cannot explain the difference in the file extensions.

You should use the version on the left and can safely hide the one on the right.
