This is an announcement regarding the Amazon Store download problem of the Logos Bible app on Kindle devices.
Q: Why does the Amazon Store say the Logos Bible app is “Currently Unavailable”?
A: The Amazon Store found problems with version 8.1.2 of the Logos Bible app during their app review process and rejected it.
Q: Why are the other version 8.1.2 Faithlife apps like Biblia, Verbum and Faithlife Study Bible still available?
A: The Amazon review process missed the same problems that occurred in the Logos Bible app and therefore did not reject them.
Q: Did Faithlife drop support for Fire OS 5.3.6.4 or Fire OS 5.6.3.0?
A: No. Faithlife supports Android 5.1.1 and above, which includes Fire OS 5.1.1 through Fire OS 5.6.3.0.
Q: Which Amazon Kindle devices are still supported by Faithlife?
A: Fire HD 6 (2014), Fire HD 7 (2014), Fire HDX 8.9 WAN (2014), Fire HDX 8.9 (2014), Fire HD 10 (2015), Fire HD 8 (2015), Fire (2015), Fire HD 8 (2016), Fire 7 (2017), Fire HD 10 (2017), Fire HD 8 (2018) and Fire HD 8 (2017).
Q: Is Faithlife aware of the problem and do they intend to fix it?
A: Yes, the mobile development team has been aware of the problem since Friday 2/1/2019 and is still working on a fix.
Q: Is there an ETA for when the Logos Bible app will be available again in the Amazon Store?
A: We don't have an ETA although the mobile team is aware of the importance of this issue.

Here's a simple way to install the Google play store on your Fire Kindle device (doesn't require rooting).
Once completed, you'll be able to download the Logos Android app (current version) into your kindle. so far it works and syncs flawlessly.

I can see there was no ETA back on 2/3. Perhaps there is an update to the situation?

Looking at your screenshots, I can certainly see what you mean. However, we are not able to duplicate your results on any Kindle device, we still see the app as available in the Amazon Store.
We are looking into this further.
If the already installed on either device, please send logs, even if it is an older version of our app.
1. Open the app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
3. Tap Help.
4. Press “Report a Problem”Please also confirm what country you are currently in, and the default language on this device. Feel free to email that information to customerservice@faithife.com or to include that information with your logs, if you would rather not post it publicly here.

Hi Joe,
I reside in the UK.
I recently restored to factory settings on both tables. They updated to the latest Fire OS then I went to download the Logos and other Faithlife apps on the smaller one but can not even find it on the Fire App Store.
However, I have found the issue is only on the smaller tablet (6 or 7 inch) I just tried on the 10 inch tablet and the App is there
