2 GB ram Windows 10 Tablet and Logos
i don't have a very good way to access the pc version of Logos while on the go. I do have an old, and not very good, windows tablet of Best Buy branding with 2 gb of ram, and a quad core intel atom processor. I don't currently have an sd card for it. I'm guessing this isn't viable. Unfortunately, I don't think I can afford to buy a cheap laptop. tomorrow I'm going to the hospital for treatment for a permanent condition I have. I'm looking for a way to access the windows version of Logos 8 while I'm at the hospital because I go once per month.

Oh I know. That's useful. I appreciate the help it's just I'd like to be able to access ebooks I've formatted and put into it. It's not a big deal.

The latest beta version of Logos 8 has the facility to only download part of your library. If you only download a few Bibles and your personal books, you might find Logos is just about usable, even with only 2GB RAM.

Just my experience but the limiting factor isn't RAM as such but the storage capacity of the device itself. I used to run a surface 3. It used to take 2 or 3 days to index but worked ok. I had to boost the memory with a fast micro sd card though and play about with windows so that it put the library onto the SD card instead of the 64GB storage. I found that the library itself would fit but the extra files created during indexing didn't have enough space on 64GB to allow a full index. I've recently bought a relatively old thinkpad off e-bay which is good enough. Cost a couple hundred pounds but I can take my library with me in my bag now :-)
Good luck

As others have said, making it possible to run Logos is mainly about available disk space which you haven’t mentioned (possible vs. usable vs. comfortable are all different.)
So here’s just my guess from the spec you’ve mentioned (CPU, RAM and tablet), I guess the available size is very small and internal space may not be enough and for portability you need to use microSD rather than external USB drive.
In that case, try to buy a microSD card designated with A2 class (explained in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SD_card#Class, under subheading “Application Performance Class”). This class is designed for running applications from it, which has much higher random IO speed (rated as IOPS) than those without this designation. IOPS is going to be much more important in Logos than throughput (Mbps.)
I guess ~64–128 GB of A2 class microSD can be bought around $30. But try only buying it from reputable store though. Fake cards are so prevalent and looks so real that even some Amazon sellers are selling some fake cards. The one I would trust would be like BHPhoto, BestBuy, etc.

I feels the pain. I also have a low power tablet and for me just to make it useful is very time consuming.
Even Intel gave it up (low power soncumption Atom professor line. There’s still a contract so someone else is making these Atom like now.)
