Greek Esther = the Greek text of Esther is presented as a whole.

So basically the portions are that of the greek text that the hebrews does not have. But the portions do not differ from the greek Esther except in completeness?

Basically one sees two ways that Bibles handle Esther for the LXX:
- Esther appears only once with the additional material labeled A, B, C,
- Esther appears twice, once as Esther and once as Greek Esther, both of which have the usual chapter-verse structure - no A, B, C ...

Just to be clear the additions are Hebrew additions, not Greek?

No, the Hebrew is the short version - the additions are only in the Greek. A similar thing happens in Daniel.
