PBB warnings

Running the latest beta on windows 10- there are a couple warnings that keep coming up that I can't seem to locate within the docx file- does anyone one know what these are?

I finally broke the file down into 7 docx file so far to isolate the warnings:

Have you tried reviewing the source document with the formatting button turned on? Very often there are unknown breaks, paragraphs, or other settings that create problems.
