Logos 4 - Nice and responsive
On my desktop I found Logos to be quite sluggish. I just installed it on my laptop (Dell D630 C: Duo Core, 2.2 GHz, 2 Gig RAM, Win 7 RC 32 bit) and boy Logos seems to work beautifully. What is more amazing to me is that I'm getting this responsiveness WHILE indexing!

Strangely, I have had the same experience. Just curious if you downloaded and installed the first install and then used the disc for the second? That is what I did. My desktop is a much faster/more powerful system but Logos runs much better on my laptop.

My experience is the same; laptop faster than desktop despite less RAM and less cores... Only rational difference I could think of was that it has a relatively fresh OS install...

My desktop OS and laptop OS are both Win7 installed within a couple of days of one another when the RTM was released on Technet. So the "fresh install" possibility is not the case here. Any other theories?
