BUG. Resoures are ready to be added to your library.

I get the blue circle (top right by my shortcuts) with '1' in it and when I click on it it says that 'Resources are ready to be added to your library. Updates will be added when the application is restarted'.

I have restarted Logos three times but the message still comes up.

Can anybody help or is this a bug?

I've just purchased a book from the store and it has downloaded automatically to my computer. However the blue circle is now saying that there are two updates waiting to be downloaded. I have checked, one of them is the book I have just purchased and have on my computer and the other resource is also on my computer.
