Israel and the Church -- Recommended Resources?

What are your favorite Logos resources that give a comparison/contrast breakdown of Israel & the Church? You can post whatever you like, but I'm not really looking for War & Peace as much as Cliff's Notes.

The closer your recommendation is to numbered lists or bulleted descriptors, the better. If you have more than one recommendation, that's great. Also of interest would be any comparative lists that go into the variations of views held by differing groups/denominations. I'm assuming that reference resources may be more on point compared to monographs, but if someone knows a monograph that is succinct in its presentation... Yes

Hi, you might want to read George McDermott's books. McDermott focuses on Israel and the Church a lot. I actually think he might be wrong when he says "All Israel" is ONLY ethnic Israel, but it's a place to start. He came on the Naked Bible Podcast. This is a longrunning debate. I'm trying to remember a specific commentary I was reading. If I remember it, I'll name it for you. it discusses the issue.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I rarely search Vyrso (or whatever it's called now...I know it's longer to type) when I'm looking for Logos availability. I'm sure there are reasons for the divide, but I definitely would prefer it if all of what's available was accessible in ONE SEARCH.
