When I try to edit a personal book in 8.3.0.0020, the program just crashes. I am attaching the logs.

Kevin does this occur when you try to edit every Personal Bool or just certain ones? What are you trying to edit? Does this occur when you just click on edit?

It occurs whenever I try to edit a personal book. I want to change the name of a book. What is the edit link supposed to do.

The edit link should let you edit the title and other metadata.

How far do you get in the process? I just want to make sure. Also if you don't mind would you be willing to share the file to one of the books so I can try to reproduce? You can email it to testing AT Faithlife dot com. Just let me know if you email it.
