I ran that search and get lots of hits - seems to work just like it should. Has your L8 installation finished indexing?

EDIT: or is the issue with the section of the results of the search: "Your Books" is where results from my PBs come up. "Local results" (I think it used to be called "library results" in L7) is a subset of results from the library and a link to execute the search on all resources.

I don't think I like the change in nomenclature.

Me neither, but some change is probably needed to differentiate when the option to have parts of the library on your machine and parts of it in the cloud goes live. I'd prefer "library results - local" and "library results - cloud" in order to make it clear to the users (and to change "your books" into "your personal books" - I suspect most users don't use PBs and may confuse it with library results. Still unclear whether this happened here, too.
