Shipping 8.3 SR-1 to fix problem publishing Sermons

We have just become aware of a problem in 8.3 with communicating with certain web services. Among other things, this affects publishing Sermon documents, and web-based guide sections.

We have fixed the problem, and plan to ship 8.3 SR-1 tomorrow morning. 

In the meantime, we have taken 8.3 off the update channel to prevent more users from updating to it and encountering this problem.
