Strange Problem

My hard drive gave up today and I had to put in a new one and re-install Windows and Logos. Since doing so on a fresh installation of Windows, I cannot send sermons to Proclaim.
I can send sermons to Faithlife Sermons. I can sync notes and sermons to the server and access them on another computer. On another computer, I can send sermons to Proclaim. But from this fresh install, I cannot sync sermons to Proclaim.
I have verified that the firewall is properly configured, and tested it with the firewall disabled to be certain. I run into the same problem.
I have uninstalled and re-installed Logos, rebooted several times, and tried all the steps I described above over again.
I included a screenshot for reference.
Any ideas?

If you can duplicate the problem and provide a log (logos log), we may be able to see what is happening.

I transferred the Documents folder from the old failing hard drive, so you'll see that the log predates the narrative I shared above, but also includes today's events.

Hello Nick,
I don't have an answer for you at the moment, but I appreciate the log files. We suspect something may be happening here and we're still looking into it and will update you once we have an idea of what's causing this. Sorry for the trouble!

Thanks for reporting this, Nick. We found the problem, and we plan to ship a fix in 8.3 SR-1 tomorrow morning.

Fantastic! Thanks for the quick fix. I have gone crazy trying to figure it out on my end. I'll be glad to reclaim some of that sanity!
