Prayer LIst problems with Logos 8

I hate to sound like some old codger looking for something to grumble about, but since this is a small problem perhaps I'm just doing something wrong and I need to relearn just how to do it right.

My Prayer List is something that is very important to me I have Logos 8.2.0015 and I am running windows 10. When I was using Logos 7 the prayer list was simple to use and I really liked it the way that was in Logos 7.

I truly hope it will return to the way it was then.

Wes, how are you opening your prayer list? I'm not aware of any changes in the Prayer List on the desktop. However, there are changes to the Home Page interface to the prayer list which I suspect you are referring to. However, I don't want to answer the wrong question.

I just open it from the home page like I always did before. I guess I should have said that in the first place, it would have been more helpful to you.

in Logos 8 I find the Prayer list in pretty much the same place as it was in Logos 7 but in Logos 8 I am unable to "check" through each request as I go it only will click up the book to edit the list. I guess I would rather it would be more like 7 so I could go through the prayer list from the home page.

Yep Wesley, That is the way it works now. By design our programming people will tell us. You, I and host of others think that it is a bad design and would really like the old functionality back.

Yes, I fully agree! I miss the "Today's Prayers" option in Logos 7. I kept hoping they would add it back, perhaps as a dashboard card or in some other format. I find the Prayer List function on the desktop app to be completely un-usable. I do all of my prayers on the mobile app now instead. I REALLY hope they will bring back the consolidated view of "Today's Prayers".
