Problems with "Basics of Biblical Hebrew" Vocabulary Resource

Hi,

I hope someone can help me. When trying to run the Audio files of the "Basics of Biblical Hebrew Vocabulary" Resource (BBHV hereafter), I get the following error (click to open image file)

I can confirm that my internet connection is working fine and I am able to access other media resources (audio and video) in my library. It is only BBHV, as far as I can determine, that gives this error.

Any one have an idea what is wrong?

A user had a similar problem with the Basics in Biblical Greek Vocabulary audio resource. See this thread. The user did not report a solution from Faithlife.

Unless someone has a better idea, my advice would be to contact FL tech support.
