Copy and Paste (Serious Issue)

Notice the problem here. It copies all of the footnotes and therefore uglifies the text. Please is there a way to fix is? If not, I'm asking Logos to please fix this ASAP. I did not know whether to put this into suggestions or here. But it's VERY important to me so I put it here.
