Notes Bugged?
Notes only quotes one letter of hebrew or greek or one hebrew or greek word whenever i select a passage and use it to add a note.
John 3:17 (ESV)

Yes, but I am asking to see what you have selected in the context menu as you create the note.
My guess is that you have a single lemma selected (as opposed to the whole selection) and that this is why you just get that anchor. Even if you have the entire passage selected (as in my screenshot), if you just have the lemma selected on the right of the context menu the note will be created against that lemma and that will become the anchor.
