Faithlife Study Bible app crashes on iPad Air

My Faithlife Bible Study app keeps crashing every time I try to open it on my iPad Air. So I can no longer start my FSB app on my iPad Air At all!

I installed the app on my iPhone and I still cannot see my notes or highlights.

I opened FSB on my web browser and I cannot see my notes or highlights either.

I need help to get it all back where it works on all 3 devices and so I can see my notes and highlights.

Please can someone help? I am hoping I did not lose all my notes.

Hi Christy - and welcome to the forums. Sorry to hear you are having problems.

For the Study Bible app, try resetting the workspace from iOS Settings and try to start it again

For the iPhone, how long have you left it since installing the app? And have you purchased a Logos 8 base package? This affects which version of Notes you are using.

Thanks Graham for the picture and the fix. It worked on my iPad and iPhone! It has stopped crashing. I have my Bible back🙌. I have my Notes back🙌.Appreciate the time and effort you took.
